Bussyy Buzzyyy

Have an eventful saturday when i wake up around 10am in the morning to get ready for my nephew, Benjamin's violin concert. My primary 2 nephew has indeed grow very tall! Look at the boy beside him,he is primary four and yet he is shorter than ben. Or should i say that ah ben is tall? Hee Hee!

He is quite nervous over the concert and when it is his turn, he has a sad face on when playing the tune. Very cute! Nevetheless, he has done a good job with his parthner and they pull up a nice performance.

After crowding around the squeezy place (only 2 pathetic rows of bench for a concert where there are more than 50 people around!), my mother and i get back home. I started to change and get ready to set off to jessie's housewarming party! It was fun and we fill up our tummy with cakes when celebrating angie and meredith's birthday too.

After that, we join their suvec car gang and went offroad with them. As there are more than enough cars, we girls each took a car to enjoy this experience. My new friend cum "driver" is a nice and friendly malay guy. As his car has four wheels all moving, our car did not get stuck in the sand at all. It was a BUmmmPPPy yet fun experience! They are going to a more exciting offroad trip this coming saturday but sadly, i cannot join. :(

Joyce (Jessie's friend)get me a birthday present while she and her boyfriend went off for a vacation. It is real nice of her but her gift is..............

She bought it as when she look at it, she say "Oh, it remind me of someone!". Her boyfriend reply "Carole!" "Yeah!" she laughed and agreed too. And so, she bought this doll for me as my birthday gift. SAD SIA!!! Sob Sob!!! WHy could such an ugly doll resembles me? But it was cute looking and funny!

Reach home around 2pm plus and is real tired now! *streTch* but it was fun!

I miss her! Lousy Sunday.....

I am missing my darling bambi terribly! It is just the third day without her and i am not getting used to it at all. She is obviously still waiting for us to fetch her home as Ah may jie jie says she will still sit by the door. :( How i wish i can fetch her back with us as life without her is so out of place. No more doggy following me around, i cannot carry and play with her anymore and no more special welcoming when i reached home. It is just that special bit that cannot be replaced. And i really am missing her badly. It is a sunday and it is more boring without her.

Just now, Liusi's little yiling come n visited us and she keep crying when she see me. Guess i am too fierce with her and she is very scared of me now. Even a touch from me, she will scrow and start to cry. Oh god,i wonder when will she get used to us.

And i am still coughing. No doubt about it. I am getting fedup about it. Ultimately, i will go to see chinese doctor. Ultimately, my childcare job is very tiring for me to recover fully. Not feeling good at all without Bambi around. Just feel like complaining.

Advanced Birthday celebrationS

I've been receiving birthday celebrations one week before my actual birthday. On Friday, went to Jessie's house and she, her husband, geraldine and angie celebrate for me. It is a short but nice one.

Today is a unlucky day for me but it ended up with pleasant blessings! We the blogger girls, initially planned a wonderdul outing together. Unluckily,i fall sick and could not join in the fun. Jasmine asked me for my address and i "warned" the girls not to come my house as i do not want to spread the virus to them. When i am about to lay on my bed for my 2nd round of sleep, i heard noises at my door. My mother is asking someone who she is looking for. I quickly climb up out of my bed and was so surprised to find jasmine holding a PRETTY cake with the rest of the gang (may, shuyun, phyllis, yenping)standing beside her. While i am struggling on which key to open the door, the girls start singing me a birthday song. Real touched!! I quickly invite them in my house and we sat down to cut the birthday cake and settle for more hearty chat. The cake that Jasmine bake sure look and taste good! We took some pictures but it is not with me, got to check out May's blog for that. You will see carole in her run-down home clothes while the rest of the girls are prettily dressed up! What a contrast!

Felt real guilty that i could not bring the girls to Union Square and have fun. Next time ok my darlings!! And i will always remember the surprise you girls gave me! :)

Still, we got to part..

No matter how much you love somebody, u got to part with he/she/it one day. Why did i add "it"? Because today issue is with Bambi. Due to my niece, Bambi is decided to be put away in my sister's friend's house for as long as two years. Or should i say till Liusi and KK accept that dogs and small children can be together. As Bambi's fur is always dropping, it has become an issue for Liusi bringing her beloved daughter over. Of course i cannot blame Liusi for not allowing her yiling to come over due to Bambi's heavy dose of fur. And between bambi and yiling, yiling is still the choice. I hope my bambi will have no difficulties coping with her new caretaker and environment. Bambi got to go this saturday. I am sad, real sad.

Something to brighten you guys up.

Overcoming my Fears

In my life,I am most fearful of 3 things - Swallowing Medicine, Wearing Contact Lens and Swimming.

Recently, i am down with cough again and i did not bother to watch my diet. So ended up, my breathing tube also got a bit infected. Doctor call me to go home and rest. I have an easier time eating my medicine now as i can swallow them down now!! Yoo Hoo!! 1st fear overcomed.

Tommorrow is jessie's wedding and i am one of the Jie Mei.Actually, jessie wants us to stay one night at a hotel today but in the end, she call it off. I have take a day off in advaned so today i am on leave and free. Spent some time resting cause of my horrible cough and i start to wear my contact lens. Has always fear to do so as i am scared of putting something in my eyes. I spent some time physchoing my brain...

"Contact lens belongs to your eyes...it is part of iT!!"

With that,i keep telling myself that it is fine and i had it in in less than 2 hours. I find that pyschoing my brain to believe in something is very important to do to overcome my fear. 2nd fear overcomed.

Now, the last thing i need to overcome is swimming!! By then, i think i need to tell myself

"You belongs to the ocean, you are a fish!! SWIM BABE!!"

HAHHAHAHAH!!! OOPs....:)

What a day!

How blue can a Monday get? Definitely not like mine! Or should i say, how RED can a monday get. Well, things go like this...

My morning session class has just finished and i am done with my duty. So as i am packing the children's shelf work, another teacher is with me in the room. Let's call her Teacher Y. Teacher Y and i are chatting about our school's concert things when child R and child D walk past the classroom. R is a K2 boy and D is a Pre Nursery boy. Both are in close terms and the older one always took care of the smaller one. But sometimes, R may be too rough. R is tickling D and teacher Y calls R not to do that. Before i know it, i heard a loud bang with some noises similair like someone hit on some box and D went crying. He cries horribly loud and i quickly turn and look at D. D is laying face down on the floor and his right hand is holding his head. I quickly help D up and say "It's ok." I removed D's hand and realised his whole hand is full of blood. (Silly Carole for a few seconds thought is RED PAINT) I went into great shock and quickly lead him to a brighther area and blood is dripping down profusely from his head!! Teacher Y went "oh god!" and quickly rush for help. I am too much in shock to do anything while teacher went away for a few seconds and soon my supervisor came. She quickly pull a piece of toilet paper and apply pressure on D's head. I went for the first aid box. At this point of time, D is already surrounded by teachers and all of us fly off to carry out my supervisor's instructors. D is quickly sent off to clinic with his shirt full of blood. Even R's T-shirt has his blood too.

I couldn't help thinking of the whole incident while i am eating and having my afternoon session. The poor boy is sure suffering as the cut is deep and need 2 stitches! Oh, and the bloody scene, it is scary. the blood flows like tap. Lucky it is being stop within a short period of time.

I have always been very careful with children as i am scared that this kind of thing could happened. And now that it really did with my presence, i will be much more cautious of the children's safety.

Results of the Spoof

Had finished filiming our spoof and it is terribly hilarious!!! God!!! When i see the spoof done by all my teachers, i can only say "We are damn funny and we throw our images aside!" My spoof is the first to be filmed and i thought i am real 38. Until i see the rest of my colleagues, i nearly die of laughter!! They actually uglified themselves and act like nobody business!!! Clap clap for the teachers! We work hard and play hard!! :) I really hope i can pu it online and show you people but i don't think is possible. :( I think parents will laugh if they see us again after seeing the spoof! Poor teachers, images gone!ha ha!

Had a real happening saturday. Went to my colleague's place in the afternoon and meet jieying and her friends and we hang out till 3am. Really die of tiredness. But i am glad that i have finished my assigments! Imagine rushing 2 of them in a row in one week AFTER work! Every night i work pass midnight. Every morning i take cab to work.

Now, i prefer life with a purpose.I am working and playing hard. And i am not wasting time on unuseful event.

- It's Monday again and tommrow night going salsaING. ;P -

SPooF!

DO you know what is a spoof? A spoof can be something to make fun of an advertisement. It is being made famous in Mr Brown blog. My creative boss has planned that the teachers of each class are to come out with 1 spoof for their own concert item. For example, there is this new OSIM igallop. The teachers at ford road modify the osim machine to a rocking horse in the school playground. The spoof really looks very funny! For my group, i parthner with 2 other teachers and we are suppose to act a spoof on latest cameraphone.

So the scenerio will be 2 friends are together and friend A take out her slim cameraphone and go yaya about it. Friend B dish out her sleek cameraphone too and boast about it. Friend C (WHICH IS ME) suddenly put a proud look on her face and dig her hands in her handbag and took out A CAMERA AND A PHONE and look very satisfied about it. LAME O? yeah man, but it is black humour lah! Hee Hee! And dunno why, i got the position of being the most lame position! :( Tommorrow we will need to act out this spoof at our school's nearest bus stop. My supervisor want me to dress in my most havoc and trendy wear so that it will be real comical. Thinking about tommorrow, i really feel like laughing!! HAHAHHAHAHAHAA!!

We have help another group think of another spoof. if you remember, there is this STEAMY advertisement going around. There is this guy in his office and suddenly his 3G handphone received a message. He look at the message and his glasses steamed up.He quickly packed his bag and whenever he goes, the place steamed up. When he finally sit in his car, the glasses steam up too and his handphone show a girl dressing herself and say "Do come back earler husband!" So we modify this ad into a girl in office and received a message in her 3G phone. Just that the picture is a STEAMING SIEW MAI.

Has been online for these few days and so can blog more frequenly as i am rushing my assignments. Blogging is just a form of relaxation. Phew..back to assignment! Goodnight to all!

Vitamin C for life

Saw May's blog about breakup and suddenly feel like noting my thoughts down. Breakups are tough to overcome and definitely the darkest hour of life. During those dark hours, a lot of uncertainities will araise and views of life will change. How it change depends greatly will oneself and the friends around. Cause at this weakest moments, what friends say normally plays an important part. A mature mind to lead the injured heart will do a lot of help.

In life, i met a lot of people. I did look back at what i did when i am young and many i regret. I regret not planning for my future. I regret for some of my behaviours with guys. Now, i believe in the dignity of a woman. Yes, now a woman, no longer a girl. Childish actions and irresponsible acts should be out. At times, i did prefer a person with principles. Afterall, there is some guidelines in life to follow. But a person with principles have more of their own thinking and are often very stubborn head. Just which side of the coin you see.

Sometimes,is good to change our point of view on bad memories. Bad memories, are often consequences of what we have done, regardless bad decision, or actually is a hidden lesson of life. Is often that when we lost something, we will realise the importance of WHO is actually important to us. So bad memories and experiences sometimes are "antibodtics" to our emotional health. If a person has a forever smooth sailing life, what will he learn? Humans are always selfish and unappreactive (unless you are an angel to think you are perfect!). If some guys are not that rotten, you wouldn't see the other guys who are actually better. I wouldn't say to 100 percent trust a guy in long term, but at least if he give all his heart sincerely at that moment, the love you have before with him is of some value. Value, we cannot measure, one can just only feel with the heart.

Is always good to spend some time alone, evaluating on how your life has been. Although one is facing bad weather down, but that doesn't mean that you will always be having thunderstorm. Always remember what you see after rain...yes, is RAINBOW!! And rainbow represents a new life, a new perspective, a colorful and fresh life! Guess what, i have seen 2 rainbows this year! :)

Let's look forward to more rainbows in our life! Embrace the good and learnt the lessons of the bad.

Updates

back from Taiwan on monday night and only manage to update now as i have beem super busy ever since i touch down. Got to rush two assignments which are due next week and got to setle my class concert practice. Being put as in charge, i need to choose the dance songs, arrange the dance, choose the dance dress, hand props, hair style. And just name it man...i am all doing it. With ever since all date lines to meet, today, i gave a silly smile to my supervisor. She ask me why i smile but i just reply her nothing. Cause that smile is to me myself, is implyig, "goosh, i am going mad with all sorts of datelines crashing on to me!" With my absence, i need to make several phonecalls to parents also regarding my students. One of them is not coming to school as she thought i am leaving, which i am only travelling. And she is indeed very happy to see me when i am back! And one of my boy who is naughty but only listens to me, gave me a big hug and call me "TEacher CaroLe" lovingly when he saw me. This kind of satisfaction, who can give me? No one!!! Only i know. I really love my children to bits. Only adults who really love their kids before will get what i mean. :)

As the mountain tortise me has finally get up and went down a plane, several friends called to ask about my trip. Taiwan is not much of a "Wow wow" thing for me as teh sceneries are not impressive enough and i did not get a culture shock. But i did went gaga over shopping and shopping. Went to Shilin night market and i love the atmosphere there. There are these gangs of illegal shop vendors who will lay their mat and shirts in the middle of the road and there are so many of them that it form a long stretch. So half of the walking path is occupied by them and people will always stop and look at what they have to offer. You can find all kinds of casual wears there, irregardless of t-shirts and pants. But when you heard a siren, all of the illegal vendors will suddenly run and hide as the police is out for real business. But when they are gone, the illegal vendors will be out to "block the way" again!! Hee Hee!!

Went to "Fu Fen Pu" where wholesalers exist but i don't like the fashion sense there. Went to ximenting most and bought most of my clothese there. A quick view of my Taiwan trip...

1st day: DRENCH by sudden rain (side effects of taifeng) while i am eating at a roadside stall. See how unhappy i look!!!!

2nd day: Went to see this special rock formation thing by the sea. Nice sky and strong wind!

3rd day: At Hualien. A nice place with fresh air. We are at the middle of the road, waiting to take photo. hee hee!

4th day: Went to see a lot of temples.

5th day: Take a snapshot with the tribe princess in Taiwan.

Free and Easy Finally!!! Went to have a ride in Taiwan's train!

Settle our last day with tons of shopping and finally feel very shag!!

Try this fruit if you see it in Singapore!! It is call "LIM QIM" in hokkien or "shi jia guo" in chinese. It is the most time consuming fruit i ever seen as you got to eat SEED by SEED. But it is a tasty fruit!

Saying HELLO from Taiwan!

Hello people! I am now in one of the hotels in Tai zhong, surfing its internet! Has been in Taiwan for about 3 days and i can say the buildings here are quite similiar to malaysia. Just tried smelly beancurd yesterday and it really SMELLS like a DUSTBIN!! Before i put it in my mouth, i actually went to smell it and it STINKS great deal!!! After that, i put it in my mouth and tried to chew on it. On my first attempt, i actually want to spit it out but i swallow it down. Heard that the one in Singapore is not as smelly as the one in Taiwan.

Has been going shopping for the past few days and the lunch is always the same. Finally had a nice dinner tonight and just went to hot spring this afternoon too. I could say that although I have sit on a plane and FLY to taiwan, i feel that i am in Malaysia. Perhaps is because there is no culture shock.

Still have 2 more days to go before i head back to Singapore. I will be heading back to taipei tommorrow and hope "tai feng" have leave Taipei already!! During my first day in Taipei, i have experienced the side effect of taiFeng and it is irritating!! Rain comes and goes, accompany by BIG wind. Woo Woo!!!

Gotta stop here. All the best to all of you in Singapore!!

Racial Harmony Day

Yes! This is the occasion of racial harmony day in my centre. All the teachers and children are suppose to dress in clothes from different countries. One of my colleagues lend me a kerbaya, which is a malay costume which is in tight fit. And we teachers went snapping our camera around madly during breaktime to take each other's outfit!

Me in Kerbaya

Helen (the kind soul) and Gim Peng (the comical lady!!)

Me and Latha

Me and Mei (nice nice girl!)

Me and Serene who is as blur as me!! Hee Hee!!

Me and Stef, my directress

Went for salsa night again at Union Square. This time with my instructors and the other students. Fun night we have although most of the time i did not dance. They are a bunch of nice people and do enjoy the night. I will be gear to be there to DANCE after i polish up some of my twisting skills too!! Hee Hee!!

Moving On and On and On

Changes Changes Changes. It is going to happened tommorrow. I hope it is for the better and not for the worse. But i am glad that at least some justice has been done. I hope i will do a good job and of course, everyone MUST do their part now. I will make sure it will happen cause we are getting the same amount of pay. Till it is confirmed, i will update more. Just know that there is at least some learning curve for me now and i am happy to accept it. But there is also a need to be more street smart. I hope i can be.

Have a fun and packed Saturday!! My legs almost BREAK to the list of fun events! Ha Ha! First, went to a morning karaoke session with xiaodi and a new corsemate friend of me. She is a 18 years old girl but she is very funloving and friendly. I like her character. And xiaodi is only 20 years old this year!! So have been hanging out with these 2 very young kids but it ws very fun. Notice that i prefer to hang out with people that are sincere, frank and fun. That is fun, the young people always mix well with me. After that, went to my salsa class and danced till almost 6pm. Went a bit blur about my steps as more patterns are being introduced. Right after that, meet Annie and Huiling for dinner and gathering. My legs are real strained with all the walking and dancing with my heels!

P/s: Will be wearing a skirt for my salsa lesson next week, so is time to go choose one! :)

CONFIRMED!

Woo HoO! My leave is approved! So i am flying off to Taiwan on 8th of August! How excited can a mountain tortise get!!! Of course is full of jumps, exitements, smiles and claps!! Hee Hee!! But there is a new trend of child's sickness coming along. My centre has gone through hand foot mouth disease, and 2 sweeps of stomach flu. And the latest update now is the fever virus. When a person gets it, the fever will go up and down for about 7 days!!! So i hope i will be standing strong and not let all these bad elements effect my trip!

Update on my Salsa class, we will be having 2 more extra lessons as there is a new batch of students coming in and there are more guys than girls. So we will be staying back after our own Salsa class and dance again with that group of students. With more guys to rotate around, of course the fun is double!! :) As when they are on their first class, we are already on our third, so of course we can exchange a bit of tips to them. I am dancing with this Malay guy and his steps are real small (good dancer) and my steps are real big so we ended up dancing real close so i keep try hard to keep my steps smaller to keep up with him. But he is good! After our dance, he say "you're good!" and i smile and say "you're good too!" And when the instructors say that we have to rotate parthners, there is this couple that reject to do so. The other 2 couples are fine with it. But i did notice when the BOYFRIEND come to me and we giggle and dance away, the girlfriend will send me looks. But don't worry, i am a pleasant girl. Just friendly gestures won't hurt right? Besides of more guys, our instructors are young and fun too! Simply look forward to my Saturday Salsa class! *Wink!

And there is this new cute kid which will be under my care and her name is Trixilia. I call her Red APple cause whenever she cry, her face will look very red and she has very rosy cheeks. She is incredibly SMART and she is only 18 months old!! She know how to blow her nose, how to vomit in the toilet bowl, how to use spoon and feed herself and she knows clearly how she can bully! As i am certainly NOT one she can bully, she always reject me. She will always want that young teacher to hug her and give in to her cries and tantrums. But since she is my child, she will need to be disiplined under my way. For me, i can see through her mind and when she cries, i will ignore her. Soon, she will settle beside me and do the things i tell her to. She is doing well independently till one of the teachers come and "Ang Ku Ku" her again and she start wailing again!!! This red apple is very hard to discipline as TOO MANY PEOPLE loves to give in to her. It is indeed giving me three strands of sweat man!!!

Ok enough of work, time for bed. Goodnight!!

My niece

Dear little yiling has indeed grow up already! To a sweet and very cute baby. I always remember how she hop in the walker when kim kiat's sister feed her apple juice! When i am married in future, i would want to give birth to 2 babies! 1 girl and 1 boy! (As if i am not getting enough of children!! Hee Hee) But children are real adorable....ahh...at least from young till 3 years old! The older they grow, the more headache caused.

Here are a few snapshots of Ms Yiling taken at Liusi's place when i visited her about a month ago, i think.

And i have gone to do soft treatment, another version of rebonding and my hair is now very smooth and straight. Not as straight as rebonding so the ends will tend to curl a bit. My colleague says that i look younger and indeed, i feel so in this hairstyle! Hair really plays a part! :)

Let's compare. Do i look better when i am in straight hair now,or in curly hair as i am when i am with my ex company?

Personally, i prefer my hair now, at least in this set of comparision! :)

Planning to Fly

Oh , as life goes by, i try to fill it with excitement, things which i have not done and try and be interesting! By the way, the 26 years old land creature Ms Carole Yeo finally plan to FLY in the air in the month of August!! Oh yes,i am planning to travel! To travel to somewhere where i can sit on an aeroplane, to somewhere which is not singapore, to somewhere where i can see sme pretty stuffs, dip in some hot water and relax, and also to get pretty and cheap stuffs to doll up. Guess the location!!! Tadah--dah~ it is TAIWAN!! Three claps to Taiwan, here i come!! If everything went smoothly and that includes my application for leave (cold sweat), i will be setting off in 8th of August! I want to snap a lot of pretty shots there, and also taste all the yummy food there, and wish i can dig some pretty and cheap fashion stuffs there. But when i come back, i will need to rush TWO assignments!! :(
Ok, let's drop away the STRESSFUL part first! :)

Finally, my centre's project approach is coming and is on this coming Saturday. All this month of effort is finally displayed. And i can carry on with other stuffs as i do not like this project approach thinggy. My children are too small, too small to do some iodiotic "teacher-do-all" project. I do not think they are benefiting much from it. The K's (Kindergarten) should be more appropriate than the N's (Nursery), isn't it?

Ms Bee has got a new puppy in her house! And her name is called GUCCI! Isn't that cute? AM going to visit her puppy one of these days! Notice more and more people are having pets around them. Doesn't that also reflect a syptom of US, the modern ones? We are facing more stress and are finding more sources of relaxation. In the past, the studies of pyshcology is not that popular. Now, everyone is more interested in it, and that includes me. My sister is a nurse and one day, i am looking at the medical books on her shelf. Happen to browse by one with the title, ABNORMAL PHYSCHOLOGY. I flip through the pages and it talk about people who are killers, rapist and people who suffer from depression. Haven't really quite look through it but it is on my bed now. Will study more about it when i am free. Seriously, am thinking my future career. It will be involoved around children, just considering which sector to focused on, teaching or more inner stuff like child physcology....

Hmmm..........

In love with Salsa

Went with Ms Jane to Union Square at Amara hotel to see how people dance. It is quite an experience there as a lot of tai tais and rich fellows hang around there. When the music start, all the couple will start swinging their butt away. Jane and me, being new salsa starters, could only stare and admire how the girls rock their butt and how the guys lead the girls. Has only been learning first lesson of my salsa but have been loving it already! :) We observed that we still have LOTS to learn. Stubborn Carole keep ask Jane to go down and try dance together but Jane refused and she don't want us to embrass ourselves. The dancers start to sway differently to different music. There is this part when both dancer stick together like super glue and shake together. The guy's leg is in between the girl's both legs and both sway and twist together. The dance is real inimitate but sexy and it is called Bacanta. Both of us decided to find somewhere to sit down and just observe how others dance.

Went to my salsa 2nd lesson today and have improved a lot. Even my female instructor is surprised about my improvement and i enjoyed learning the new dance steps and sway along when the RIGHT guy came along. Hee Hee. As we are suppose to rotate parthners and there are only 3 guys, the instructor himself, a beginner student and an more experienced student. When the instructor came along, i tend to be more nervous and cautious of myself but at the end, he chit chat with him and i enjoyed dancing with him. :) When the more experienced student came along, he is steady and lead well. When the beginner student came along, i laugh my way through as he swing me real far and that cause the instructor to came and spy on him. Hee Hee! But it was all FUN!! Looking very much forward to my next lesson!

Has been equally busy at work and children are equally naughty and equally cute. :) And oh yes, met Ms Phyllis and her lovie dovie today! Although we didn't manage to meet up the other time but let's made an effort to arrange another outing again soon! Love Ya!

Fun Friday!

Have a fun but shag weekend. Went to clubbing with Jieying, Peiling and her guy friend and call along my course mate, Ms Jane along.First, we went to DXO as it is ladies night and having no cover charge. The music there gets better when it is later at night but the crowd is miserable. Ms Huiling drop in for a few drinks. Despite the poor crowd, this disco's environment is real great and we are busy snapping our camera away and the photos turn out to be real nice! Photos are with Ms Ying so will upload it when it is ready. ;) Went on over to butterfactory at 12 plus as we don't feel like we are clubbing. Went in at about 1 am with 20 bucks of cover charge. The crowd there is mainly foreigners and the music is R&B. Till that night then i realised that i am not a R&B girl, neither is Jieying!! Both of us struggled to dance to that music! And after 1 year plus of non-clubbing experience, i find myself unable to shake to the momentum anymore! I am clueless on how to shake my body and Ms Jieying keep giggling at the silly efforts made by me. Never imagine that one fine day, i am unable to dance, but it did happened. *Duh*

Anyway, my salsa class will be starting this saturday so i am able to practise twisiting my hips again!! Woo Hoo!

We "struggle" the night away till 3am and went for supper in Peiling's friend's car and i reach home at 5 plus am. Went to sleep at about 6 plus and woke up at 7am to go to work. Real shag when i reached my centre and feel a bit uncomfortable during the meeting, only to realise that i am having woman's affair!! So my saturday is very tiring from the loss of blood, menses cramp and tiring body. Sleep my saturday night away and went over to my mum's place at punggol today.I can see that my father is real happy that we spent our day over and i am real happy to be there too. :) Realise that i value my family much more now and i don't feel is a hassle to spent time with anyone of them anymore. This is the way to lead life, isn't it, to gain lessons and learnt from it! :)

Will be dropping down to MOS this coming saturday for Ms Jane's brithday celebration. Hope it will be fun too! :)

Life of a childcare teacher

Today is the day which i bring my students to Changi Airport to watch aeroplanes.I am in charge of five children and i hold hands with the most active boy. For the other four, i pair them up and instruct them to hod each other hands tight. Yes they do. BUT, there is a BIG problem. One pair walk too SLOW, while the other pair are the wanderers. They walk with fast pace and often just wander off. I can hear myself calling their names throughout the whole outing trip.

We just went to the viewing mall and sat there with the children. As there is nothing much to do, it ended up that the little ones soon start to run everywhere. It is so tiring to discipline them to sit down quietly especially after the long RUN they have! Soon, it is breakfast time and we sat down and have McDonalds. Imagine me having 3 sons and 2 daugthers to look after. I started to prepare their share of nuggets and fries but yet at the same time, maintaining cleanliness. It is not easy as my little ones eat messily with the fries dropping around. And one girl of mine keep fidgeting around and play with her food, that makes me keep scolding her all the way.

Soon, it is time to go back to school and am i glad to go back!! Each of us have a turn to take a refreshing bath! As during my last excursion, the heater is spoilt and we have to bath with cold water using the water hose, this time i thought so too. I am the second in the queue and i took less than 15 minutes to bath cause of the cold water. Soon after that while all the teachers are chatting then i realise, i am the ONLY one doing that!! DUH!! All of them use the heater as it is fixed, only TEACHER CAROLE gong gong still dunno. SOB SOB!! But the teachers are not surprised at the blur me. Hee Hee.

Tommorrow i am preparing cookery for my little ones and went shopping for ingredients earlier in the evening. Aren't those stuffs heavy man!!! But i wish the school holiday program will be over soon as i prefer doing academic with my little ones as it is more beneficial for them. Hope tommorrow goes well.

P/s :Not a day in Brighton is relaxing and leg-shaking. Everyday i am BUZZING around.....

A Very Tiring Day!!!

With one teacher down today, i have to bring my children to waterplay and also entertain new pre nursery children. It is Super Duper Tiring!!! For my morning class, my group of children is misbehaving recently because of the class transition. We have moved from a smaller room to a bigger room. And that means MORE running space and more toys for them to play. My group of children start to hop, jump and fidget around restlessly and are a few are listed as the "Naughty" ones. I did not have time to discipline them as we are having holiday program now and i have lesser time with my children.

For my afternoon class, i have new students who cry like nobody business. N while i need to change swimming costume on the rest of the children to go waterplay, i also need to settle some of the crying children. And just imagine i have FOUR new pre nursery children at one go!!! Wow, children at this age are the most difficult to settle one!! And four at a go... I can really faint! I got one new child who cry like nobody business but when one teacher come and stare at her, she stop immediately. And the funny thing is that she stay put on the spot and did not move. Hee Hee!!

And today i drink so much water as i am so tired from all the PHYSICAL movement. Anyone wants free sliming, can come to my centre and "workout" with me for one week. Result gurantee!Hee Hee!

Waiting for Love

Been watching the korea drama called "Sad Love Story" and the love the guy has for the girl is so strong and noble. Once the girl has any danger, the guy will be sure to appear and save her out of it. And the guy is always protecting her secretly and missing and loving her forever. You can feel the strong love they have for each other. I wonder if this kind of love still exist now but it is still nice to know that it exist before, isn't it?

Regarding love, i have learnt about this.

"Loneliness is not when you are alone. It is when the one you love is beside you but yet you can't feel his love for you."

I am not lonely now.

Food Poisioning

Never thought i will get this in my whole life. Went to Eski bar with Jieying and Peiling for dinner on Thursday and order all oily finger food. Went home with a bloated tummy and felt very uncomfortable when i went to bed. Never will i imagine at midnight 2am, suddenly i felt very odd and when i get up from bed, i just vomit all my food out on the floor. Feeling a second round coming, i quickly dash to my sister's bedroom bathroom and puke for another 2 rounds. After that, i felt much better and when i walk back to my room, guess what i see.....My little bambi is eating up the meat in my vomitus!!! Ok, don't puke now please!!! EEEwwkk!!! And after all the mess i created, i got to mop up all the stuff and clean up. And that comes easy with my experience of cleaning the mess from my childcare experience. Ha Ha Ha!! Soon after all the puking, i am down with fever.

Got 2 days MC from doctor and now resting at home. But whenever i eat, i will feel like going to the toilet and poo poo. And these days are all accompany by my mother while she cook for me. So nice to have her by my side. :)

By the way, watching a korea drama called "Sad love story" and the story is really sad throughout!! Well,in recovering stage so no mood to blog too much. Good night friends and hope my tummy will be well again soon. :)

Eewky Pewky Day!

Today has been my most "unlucky" day in my centre this year. From morning to my evening, i have been on and off visiting the toilet clearing my children's mess. In my morning class,Mr Ethan come with a cranky mood and struggle to come to school. Upon fetching him in, he was crying and struggling and i need to calm him down. After that, Mr Nicholas come with a bad mood too and cry till he vomit his milk out, and so i need to clean him. At snack time,he accidentally spill his milo too on his shorts and chair, and i need to clean him up.Soon after that,my Ivan spill his Milo on his whole body too and so i need to clean him up.If you think this is real bad, you haven't hear the stories of my afternoon class!!

My poor Russell is absent yesterday from diahorrea and today he is back to school. At snack time, he went to toilet and was taking some time. when i check up on him, i am shocked to find spots of orange-paint-look-alike stuff on the toilet floor. Immediately, i asked if he vomit. he shake his head. I asked if he pass motion, he shake his head. Strangely, how could this orange stuff come about? And so i went checking his clothes and spotted the same orange stuff on his shorts. Yes, he has pass motion standing and his stools are very loose. Immediately, i wash him up and call my office about his condition. I am being told to monitor him. Mr Russell came back looking still cheery and munch on his french toast and request for more Ribena. A few more minutes later, he went to toilet again and this time,he puke and has a terrible diahorrea at the same time. I quickly rush off to clear the mess. My Poor Russell must have been feeling so horrible!! And imagine how smelly are his stools!!! After cleaning him up, i thought i am done with when my collegue bring in another student and told me she pass motion too!!! Oh god, imagine me going "Ahhh"!!! I am nearly killed by the stinky horrible stench of shit today!!! After all the cleaning up, i did a washup for the toilet to disinfect the germs. Nevertheless, this is part of a childcare teacher life, but more to Pre Nursery. For my level (Nursery 1), cases like today are rarely seen. Especially if it happened throughout the day!!

Children aside, interesting matters in! :) My colleague actually want to recommend me to her brother, who is a bad egg last time but have turn over a new leaf now. She even mention me to her mother! She believe that i will be able to uphold a good wife position and will take care of her parents and will be able to make his brother a better person. And she is very enthusiatic in this matchmaking session and even took my photo!! *Duh* Soon after her brother received my photo, he ask my colleague for my contact number but i rejected as i prefer meeting in person. (I am not very proud right??) My centre's teachers also think i am not bad and one of my colleague even want to introduce her nephew to me. I "accepted" all as friends and feel is ok to make friends. But feel real honoured about how my colleagues think of me, as a responsible, filal, nice but very BLUR girl!!! Hee Hee! :P

Second Session

Gone through the second session of reiki and i actually fall asleep at a certain point of time. The session is very comfortable and for this session, i did not see any images but only spots of white light, and some green and blue light at the end of it. My friend actually sense that my right knee is suffering pain as i have knee fracture before. Am indeed amazed by her capabilities. Some of my friends find this kind of session too spiritual and disouraged me but i don't find it so. I have my own beliefs and i know my limits. Will be dropping by for one more session the coming week and soon, it will be my turn to treat this nice friend of me to a dinner as teh normal charges for per reiki healing is 80 bucks. :)

Heavy Dose

Today, my supervisor and academic planner teacher came in and voice out about the "disorganisation" of our class. Indirectly speaking is lack of team work. If you guys still remember, i did complain like nobody business about a young 19 years old lady who piss me off and is now the in charge. Let's call her Miss J. Well, Miss J has the follow characteristics hanging on the butt which irritate me everyday.

- Ignore when a child falls
- Loves to buy food and treat the teachers so that she can lick their boots. *Yummy*
- Loves to call YOU to help her do teeny weeny things
- Loves to find excuse when someone tells her that she did something wrong
- Loves to push the blame around
- Last minute worker
- Works hard when seniors are around, slack when they are gone.
- Only helps you if it benefits her

All these add up to a poor worker and often drives me to my grave. How can there be teamwork when one part of the team is a horrible slacker? So when my seniors ask if we are having a problem (in front of her), i remain speechless. I just smile. I have been tolerating her acts for months. And finally today, since they ask me, i talk to my supervisor about her. One of the most "unforgiveable" thing she did is to leave a child who just poo poo in her diaper for about 1 hour. That is just so nasty of her!!! And when the child did not sit down and walk around, she actually reprimand her. I indirectly reminded her that she is uncomfortable to sit down as she has SHIT on her ass. Well, Ms J just ignore and wash her when she is free. Bottomline, i wish my supervisor will solve this issue as it is affecting my work.

Okay, enough of bad stuffs! Now, some photos to share with you during my missing period!

Tommorrow, i will be going for another reiki healing session done by my ex colleague. Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. Looking forward to my session tommorrow! :)

Spice it back!

Yeah...hip hip huray! My new pc is up...my internet connection is up..and i am back to the blogger world!!! Miss me like nobody business! I am back to keep those updates boiling. I have tons of pictures to ypload but am not sure from where to start. First of all, my mum have a different Mother's day. She spent it in hospital. On Friday midnight around 3 am, my brother give us million of calls telling us my mum is havong diahorrea and vomiting. My second sis and me rush down to send my mum to Mount Alvernia hospital and she is warded and she is dehydrating. My weekend is tiring and tough as i spend moments worrying about my mum. She is sufering from food poisoning, the virus that is spread to her from my nephew. She is being discharged only today. Although she is being hospitalised, but luckily it is not very serious and our big family show tons of concern for her.

And also went for a reiki healing session offered by my ex colleague in Brighton and i find it a very amazing experience. Maybe some people may find this thing too spiritual or find it scary. But it is a positive healing method. I will be going for another session on thursday. Hope i will be able to find out more about myself from that session. :)

Lots of pictures to show but lazy to edit still but will upload some nice ones on friendster first. Tommorrow is time to work again and feeling very shagged as we need to do filming for the chidren again. Haiz, so much "marketing" all the way. I wonder if the children came to learn or come to exhibit for the school. Well, just some personal comments. Good Night!
